Coming out of Washington, D.C., DJTheParkBoy, is a fresh face in the DMV music scene. While his presence is starting to be felt he’s no stranger to making music. When weighing his options, he decided to start his own record label, FlossHouse. This was to be the engine to allow him to become his own boss. 
 His music can be described as catchy, heartfelt, and passionate, with a splash of history to bring it all together. He tries to tell stories that take your mind through a journey of deep introspection. Stylistically, DJ’s musical influences range from some of the greats, notably Jay Z, Drake, 50 Cent, Lil Wayne, and Kanye West to name a few. 
 DJ stated rapping when he was younger because of his older brother. As he grew older his brother would push him to take making music seriously because he believed he was gifted. He would have him freestlying over various beats to help him hone his craft. 
Recently DJTheParkboy released his debut album F^ck A Co-Sign (#FACS). He named it this because he knew this project that he put together himself, would lay the foundation for FlossHouse to grow into the company that can become a force in that vain
